The 5 Steps: To Age With Power You Must Make a Plan

You have to have a plan if you are serious about AGING WITH POWER. There are too many distractions throughout the day that can derail the most well-intentioned person. If you are committed to long term health and happiness, you must be willing to take decisive steps to get you there and to avoid age-related decline. 

Some of this may seem obvious or trivial, but this comes from over 20 years of medical practice spent treating patients with all sorts of issues, treating myself with my own injuries, and this plan will truly deliver the biggest bang for your buck. It’s the distilled version of, “Just give me the essence of what I really need to do to get the biggest result.“ 

Focus your plan on these 5 areas every single day. 

  1. Supplements
  2. Stretching
  3. Strength and Stamina
  4. Self Care
  5. Sleep

I’m going to have multiple pieces of content highlighting each area to help make it more specific to you. We will talk about what supplements I take and the reasoning behind it and how it will help you.

I will get into specific body part stretches for common injuries, and how to keep the joints healthy and moving. 

Strength and Stamina tips will be tailored to the person with  a chink in their  armor but is dedicated to overall fitness. 

The self care will have an emphasis on common therapeutic remedies you can use at home, like an inversion table or TENS unit, and how to get the greatest benefit from them.

And lastly an emphasis on maximizing the most regenerative phase of our day, sleep. From what supplements to take prior to sleep to easy routines prior to bed, we want you to get better sleep.
